Decorating Car with Vinyl for All Stars!

My nephew made the All-Star baseball team again this year and it's a tradition in the community to decorate the windows of your vehicle to support your kid.  It's - a - very - big - deal!!!
Most of the people use paint but my sister just got a brand new Tahoe oh about 4-5 months ago and she said "no paint" so I put my Cricut machine and Gypsy to work.
The decorated windows are seen from all (except windsheild) windows decorated to just the back glass - which my sister opted to do this year.  I think it turned out super cute.

I designed everything in my Gypsy and then cut it out on my Cricut machine.

My sister ran into a RAIN shower on the way to my house -- and I wanted to show you HOW WELL the vinyl sticks on your vehicle even after getting wet.

This All-Star team has been playing together since 2009 (just a few changes) - HERE are the baseballs I painted for them.  You can see how they hang them on the fence during their game HERE a well as the first year I painted my sister's car.  In 2010 I used the Cricut Lite cartridge Varsity Letter to decorate her car ~ click HERE to see that.

Here is my All-Star nephew Rylan!!  Go Boy!

I'm linking up to these parties this week....you should too....

*Crazy about You* Valentine Card featuring Smiley Cards -- #145

Hi everyone....sorry I've been MIA all week but I've been so busy with other "life" stuff and didn't have much time for crafting.  I was definitely having crafting withdrawls so I am happy I was able to spend some time in my craft room and whip up something for you.   :)

I created this card using the Smiley Cards Cricut cartridge.  This cartridge is an Gypsy exclusive meaning it can't be purchased....it can only be downloaded onto your Gypsy in a digital download.  Click (here) to see if you qualify.  There is also the Smiley Cards handbook available (here).  Ü

Simple Gypsy Pumpkins & Video #46

Here is my first project showing you a very basic idea of what you can expect from the Gypsy (through my eyes of crafting). If you are unsure if you'd like to purchase a Gypsy, wondering if it is for you, then maybe I can shed a little light on some of your questions and hesitation. I absolutely love mine and it's become my "go to" gadget that the thought crossed my mind "how did I survive without my Gypsy???" LOL!

In this video tutorial I will show you a few pumpkins from the Gypsy Wanderings cartridge, how they look on the Gypsy screen and how they cut on the cricut mat.

If you have additional questions - let me know.

Hugs,
Tracy

p.s. ~ I love reading all of your comments...thanks so much for letting me know you were here.

Using the Gypsy for the First Time & Video #38

I received my Gypsy on 9/24/09 and wanted to capture my first reactions to how easy it was going to be to use it for the very first time. I hope this helps some of us who are brand new to the Gypsy and are interested in learning this new companion to creating with our Cricuts.

Hugs,
Tracy
