I received my Gypsy on 9/24/09 and wanted to capture my first reactions to how easy it was going to be to use it for the very first time. I hope this helps some of us who are brand new to the Gypsy and are interested in learning this new companion to creating with our Cricuts.

Let's Talk Paper Stacks

Hi CJT friends....

In this video I talk about paper stacks for scrapbooking and card making. I had a couple of inquiries on the paper I use so here it goes....short and sweet.

Video #32 - Fun at the County Fair Scrapbook Layout

Happy Friday!

Here is my first layout using the "From My Kitchen" cricut cartridge released in August 2009.
I also incorporated 3 additional cricut cartridges to complete this layout. It's County Fair time here in my area so it's timing is perfect. I can't wait to take pictures of my boys at the fair, maybe a family shot and include them on this layout to capture those special memories.

Cricut Cartridge Storage Solutions for Transporting - Video #31

Hi everyone, Happy Friday and remembering those who died in the 9/11 - 8 years ago today. God Bless each and everyone one of us who was touch in anyway by this tragic event in our history.

Anyhoo's - I am off work today; took the day off to get ready for a Cricut Swarm tomorrow, Saturday 9/12. It's coordinated by Lori AKA TheCricutLady over at www.cricut.com/community. she's done a magnificent job of coordinating the event and keeping us updated on the Cricut Community Message Board.

As I am gathering my supplies to take with me to the Cricut Swarm I thought I'd post a real quick video to show you how I packed up my Cricut cartridges, handbooks and keypad overlays.

Video #29 - Have a "Beary" Happy Birthday - Card

Happy Friday 9/4 everyone!

I made this cute card for my toddler's teacher who's birthday is today! He is in the "Bears" class in pre-school and her room is full of bears so I think she really likes bears. LOL
The sentiment says - Have a "Beary" Happy Birthday - appropriate, I think. LOL

I used the Cricut Doodlecharms cartridge as well as a couple of border punches and ribbon. The sentiment is handwritten also.....You can watch the video for more specific details as for the measurements, details and other tips on creating this cute card.
