Cricut Circle Stampede

Hi everyone....I'd love to know if any of my CJToo Friends is planning to go to the Cricut Circle Stampede (Swarm) March 18-20, 2011 in Frisco, Texas.  I'm planning to be there and would love to meet any of you if you are going too.  If you haven't gotten the details yet click -->HERE<-- to find out all about it.  My friend Tammy Skinner is coordinating the huge event  sponsored by Provo Craft and I know that she and her team will put on one heck of a show for us.  WooooHoooo....I'm saving my $$ and can't wait!  ÜÜÜ

Houston Circle Meet-Up and CJToo Calling Cards

Hi everyone!

I went to my first Cricut Circle Meet-up on Saturday 10/23 and had a TOTAL blast.  A lot of my Cricut Swarm buddies (most of them) were there so it was soooo super exciting.... Pam (thebugbytes), Lori (TheCricutLady), Laurie (Just-Scrappin'), Theresa (partyoffive), Vanessa (txscrapper) and many many more.  I even met several of my viewers and followers there....HI GIRLS :)

Here is a picture of the adorable tags, our hostess Debbie created for us - Each person had a different color like, cricut green, pink, blue or yellow (to represent the cricut circlettes).  They are awesome and a GREAT keepsake.

Michael from Provo Craft flew in to spend the day with us. He did a Town Hall type of meeting for about 2 hours and it was super! He is super and very knowledgable! Provo Craft is definitely lucky to have him representing their company and products. The rest of the afternoon he hung around us "ladies", chit chatted and answered out questions. All I can say is

1). I am soooo happy to be a Circlette and

2). Provo Craft rocks!

For the meet up we are to make Calling Cards with our information on the back - these are like "trading cards".  I had to make 42 for this group and traded with other Circlette's.   OMGOODNESS the creativity of this group is amazing.  Here is mine.  Nothing at all to "brag" about but I really like the way they turned out.  I decided to put a pink ribbon since it is October and Breast Cancer Awareness month.

I can NOT wait for the next one.....

~ Cricut Swarm on Feb. 20th ~

I had the most amazing time at the Cricut Swarm in Houston on Saturday February 20th.  Lori, The Cricut Lady was the most amazing hostess and provided us with a day filled with fun, laughter and a few surprises.  All I can say is when the need arises, Cricut friends are there for you, no matter what!  ÜÜÜ

Meeting Tammy (Calendar Girls and Cricut Critters) was amazing, she is a doll and so full of talent. 

Pam (TheBugBytes) is a whiz at the Gypsy and shared a wonderful demonstration for all of us. 

Lori (Just_Scrappin) is amazing; she demonstrated Making the Cut cricut software and it's so fun! 

We also saw other demo's of punch around the page with MS punches, glass etching, Cricut Design Studio software, faux leather and shrinky dink material as well as numerous chances to win door prizes and a gift exchange.....so fun!

Tammy is amazing....she was in Philly the day before putting the finishing touches on filming the Gypsy A-Z DVD with Megan (Above Rubies Studio) and flew in late the night before.  She still made it to the Swarm in the afternoon!  WOW, what a treat! 

Tammy, Pam and I enjoyed chatting about blogging and creative fun for our viewers!

~ Cricut SWARM in Houston, Texas ~

If you live in the Houston, Texas area (or within driving distance)- join us for the next Cricut SWARM on February 20th.  Click HERE to read all about it and reserve your spot today.  Here is a picture from the Cricut Swarm in September 2009 hosted by Lori, TheCricutLady (from the Cricut MB).  I had a total blast and am totally looking foward to the next one.  A Swarm is just a gathering of scrappers who love to create using the cricut machine.  It's a day filled with fun stuff, projects, you get your own space to work, win prizes, eat, gab, chit chat, etc.  No matter if you have the baby bug, expression, or create - bring it along and cricut away. It's definitely worth the drive.

Cricut Cartridge Storage Solutions for Transporting - Video #31

Hi everyone, Happy Friday and remembering those who died in the 9/11 - 8 years ago today. God Bless each and everyone one of us who was touch in anyway by this tragic event in our history.

Anyhoo's - I am off work today; took the day off to get ready for a Cricut Swarm tomorrow, Saturday 9/12. It's coordinated by Lori AKA TheCricutLady over at www.cricut.com/community. she's done a magnificent job of coordinating the event and keeping us updated on the Cricut Community Message Board.

As I am gathering my supplies to take with me to the Cricut Swarm I thought I'd post a real quick video to show you how I packed up my Cricut cartridges, handbooks and keypad overlays.
